From musical theater to opera to the dance floor, Steven Tran is passionate about elevating the human experience with super fun and good music. After a brief stint as a datacenter infrastructure program manager at Microsoft (a very different Steven), Steven spent many years making music in the regional theatre scene in the Pacific Northwest before relocating to Brooklyn.
Besides classical piano, Steven is a self-taught everything. His musical voice tends to combine high and low brow, either with a sense of whimsy, or deep sentiment.
